Product Features
1. Flat metal package use shell meterials such as Kovar FeNi42 CRS Kovar+Wcu.The separate structure adopts base material such as Wcu,OFC,OFHC or CRS1010;
2. Customer can choose the height of shell.
3. According to shape of cross-section we distinguish leads as rectangular section chemical corrosion lead and cyclinder lead which are choosen by customers.
4. The method of sealing cap use reliable parallel sealing welding.
5. Lead cross the sidewall and customers choose the shape and height of leads.
6. The position of groud lead is decided by customer.
7. Lid is designed to fit the dimension of shell.
8. The performance of shell would be provided after electroplating.Customers also choose finish to be fully plating Au or selective plating Au.
9. All index of parameter conform to GJB548
